The Process…
For both 1 and 2 (i.e. Employers/Recuiters and Job Seekers/Career Persons), I will personally conduct a one on one interview with the relevant person, to check and verify a good fit for this website service.
It will not be an all comers affair. And it will certainly not be about connections or money.
A small business offering a competitive merit based and challenging work environment, but lacking the capacity to offer premium place will gain access to use this platform for recruitment, just as easily as a corporate enterprise with lots of financial resources to offer. It will be up to the job seekers to decide where to pitch their applications.
